Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Overlay Camera: Line Up Photos (the "App"), made by Ditra ("Ditra", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. If there is a conflict between them, the Standard EULA applies to the extent required.

Using the App

You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes, such as progress photos, then-and-now pictures and time-lapses, in accordance with these Terms, the Standard EULA and the App Store rules. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Your content

Photos and projects you create are yours. They are stored on your device, in your own iCloud account and, if you choose, in your Photos library, and we do not claim any ownership of them. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to any material you capture, import or share, including photographing other people only with their consent where required.

Purchases and pricing

The App is free to download. Some features require Overlay Camera Pro, which is available through the App Store as:

  • Lifetime — $9.99, a one-time, non-recurring purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as the App is offered.
  • Yearly — $3.99 per year, an auto-renewing subscription.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may vary by country or region; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase applies. Prices may change in the future; changes to a subscription price will be communicated as required by Apple. Where Apple's Family Sharing is available for a purchase, it is described on the App Store.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

If you choose the yearly subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • If a free trial is ever offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription or the lifetime option.

If a subscription ends, your photos and projects are never deleted; some Pro features may become read-only until you subscribe again or buy the lifetime option.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Ditra cannot issue refunds directly.

Restoring purchases

Your purchases are tied to your Apple ID. If you reinstall the App or use a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the App to regain access.

Third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Apple (such as iCloud, Photos and the App Store), and on RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's own terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the App reliable and your photos safe, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of photos that matter to you. We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and Ditra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. The warranty and liability provisions of the Standard EULA also apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
