Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Printrue: Actual-Size Printing (the "App"), made by Ditra ("Ditra", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Using the App

You may use the App for personal or commercial purposes, such as printing photos, sewing and craft patterns, documents and posters, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play rules. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.

Your content

Photos and PDFs you print are yours, and we do not claim any ownership of them. You are responsible for having the rights to print and share them. The App respects PDF files that don't allow printing.

Printing results

The App lays out your page at the size you choose and, after a printer check, corrects for how your printer prints. The final print also depends on things outside the App's control, such as your printer, its print service, the options chosen in your phone's print screen and the paper. Check a print before you rely on it, for example with the check square. The App prints the size you choose. It doesn't check whether a photo meets passport, visa or ID photo rules.

Printrue Pro

The App is free to download and print with. Some features require Printrue Pro, a one-time purchase through Google Play. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy, and Google Play processes the payment. Pro stays unlocked for as long as the App is offered.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Ditra cannot issue refunds directly. If a purchase is refunded, Pro is removed from the App.

Restoring purchases

Your purchase is tied to your Google account. If you reinstall the App or use a new device signed in with the same Google account, use Restore purchase in the App to regain access.

Third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Google (such as Google Play and Android printing) and on the print service you choose, for example your printer's plug-in or Mopria Print Service. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the App reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it works with every printer. We may update, change or discontinue features of the App at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and Ditra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the cost of paper, ink or prints, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
